Fantastic experience from start to finish. Akka and his team were punctual, friendly, professional, and handled our items with care. They worked efficiently and really quickly, which made the whole move feel smooth and stress-free. We are so glad we hired them!The quote was clear and straightforward, and the final cost was fair and matched what we were told ahead of time, no surprises.Hopefully we won’t be moving again anytime soon, but if/when we do, Akka will be my first call. Very good movers. Punctual, friendly, respectful of our belongings, and worked very fast. We had an unfortunate situation with our elevator bookings which made the process a bit rushed, but Akka and his partner rolled with the punches and got it done despite the extra pressure. We really appreciated this. The pricing was honest, and the final cost was consistent with what was discussed up front.We don’t hope to move again any time soon, but will 100% use the company next time we do and will suggest them to friends and family. Highly recommend.

The team at Robust Move was fantastic. Zana touched base prior to the move and was diligent about getting all the info he needed to ensure they were prepped for the day. They took extra care with our furniture and did a great job taking apart and reassembling our furniture, which I'm sure was a total pain to do. They also dealt with the stairs of the 110 year old character home we were moving out of like complete pros. Not only did they do excellent work, they were also very kind, patient and hardworking. I highly recommend them!
Quick, efficient, and very careful with my furniture. They got a bit late to my move but it was due to traffic that day. Other than that, solid experience.
They got us booked in quickly and arrived on time on move day. Zana and Curtis were professional and efficient. They handled our furniture and fragile items with care and even helped us disassemble/reassemble some larger pieces. Also just very nice guys. Would definitely recommend Robust Move!
We appreciate RobustMove helping us with two recent moves. We moved a few months overseas, and then, again this week. Akka treated us well. Zana and his partner were professional and respectful, and they maintained a quiet and efficient manner. It was refreshing to see a moving company like this. Our son struggled with the transition, as moving can be stressful, and they were accommodating. The Vancouver Marathon disrupted us; they kept our stuff overnight and didn’t charge us. They are respectful, dignified, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
They gave me a 2-hour arrival window, but didn’t show up until five hours later with no explanation. I had to reschedule other appointments and waste an entire day waiting around. Completely disrespectful of my time.
Zana and his team were great. They were punctual, completely professional with care and detail. I was especially concerned about my large scale artwork and they moved it with great care. I took the advice to rent their plastic modular bins which saved time and helped me pack better. I would definitely use their service again without hesitation. I give them an A+.
Fantastic service! I highly recommend RobustMove. They moved my 2BR home from East to North Van, and everything went smoothly and according to plan. The pricing aligned with estimates and was very reasonable. The movers showed up on time; they were efficient and hard working, and super friendly and service-oriented - always checking that everything was being taken care of, to meet the need. I also recommend renting the moving boxes, which Robust arranges at a very good price. I would use them again, definitely.
Excellent moving company!!! Customer Service was top notch, the movers arrived right on time and were very hard working, even skipping their lunch to get the job done faster. They were more careful with my items than even I would have been, taking the time to wrap furniture and delicate items. Friendly, professional, nothing but good things to say about these guys, and would highly recommend them to others.
First rate. You will not do better than RobustMove. Good prices and very sensitive to carefully protecting our belongings. In addition to exceptional value, they were a delight to work with. The whole experience was a joy. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

On Sep 30th [2020] RobustMove's team of 3 did an amazing job moving our apartment from downtown to our new place; they took great care in securing all our things and moving them in up two flights of narrow stairs without a nick or scratch. Very hospitable, good price, efficient and on time. Thank you!
Hired RobustMove after being referred to them by a moving company who was not available on my requested date. It worked out perfectly, Akka’s team was well prepared, professional and extremely efficient in their actions. It was my first bigger scale move and honestly I was not looking forward to it, but the guys came through. They made it quick, easy and they took beautiful care of every item, including moving a rather large and annoying platform bed. I truly recommend them and their services, you will not be disappointed it was a great experience working with them. They will make your move a fun time 🙂
I used Robust Move twice for moves in the last month. I can't say enough good things about the work they did for us. Each time we were contacted before the move regarding what services we would need and they worked to make sure that we would have the right number of movers with the right equipment for moving day. The movers were polite, efficient, and extremely careful, both with our belongings and the building as they moved us. I heartily recommend them and wish I had known about them earlier! Awesome movers!
