Great experience with Robust Move!! They were communicative, fast, and so efficient! My move was relatively small, but I was happy to pay to the level of service they gave.Just wished they gave me some warning as to how much the price would be in my “quote” as I ended up paying more than I expected.Other than that, my move was stress free!
This team is amazing! Fast, efficient, responsible, friendly, very well organized, punctual, don't waste time. It was the easiest and best move ever.The only one thing I would say is the minimum 3 hours, plus 1 hour travel time, meant I paid for 4 hours when it took about 2.25 hours for a two bedroom condo, so that hurt.But they are so awesome I would definitely be using them again.
They were really good with communicating throughout the consultation and actual move. it was a short notice move and they helped take away a lot of the stress of moving. Zana and his colleague was great. It was a flat rate min of hours and they finished earlier but I was happy to pay for not having to worry about it.
We hired this company to handle the move out of my sister's house after she died unexpectedly. We explained the situation to the movers and they were so incredibly kind and respectful, handling precious items with great care. They were transparent about their pricing, flexible when things didn't go to plan, and proactively communicated at every step. Really amazing service, thank you Zana and Jasm.
I chose RobustMove based on their positive reviews on Google - thought I would contribute my own. The movers were prompt and friendly, handled all items with care. Quote was competitive with other moving companies in the city. I’ll be using them again when I move again this month - highly recommend!
What an excellent company!! Everything was done perfectly, wrapped perfectly and I’m amazed at the efficiency of the boys who moved me Thursday!They even were able to take apart my moms lazy boy and move it much quicker and more efficiently than anyone else who has moved that couch in the past 15 years!! This guys are really good. Very professional and they really take care of your stuff. They were very punctual, when they said they will be there at 730 in the morning oh yeah they are on time. Also very kind. We moved from aldergrove to sunshine coast, they started at 730 in am and we got our stuff in sunshine coast by 2pm the same day. I was really happy. Price is very reasonable as well. I will recommend this movers 100%.

They did a fantastic job on our move. Easy to communicate with, on time, friendly, and rounded to exact time it took to move (didn't round up to hour). They were careful with our items and did a great job wrapping and protecting larger delicate items. Would use again and recommend!
