Fantastic experience from start to finish. Akka and his team were punctual, friendly, professional, and handled our items with care. They worked efficiently and really quickly, which made the whole move feel smooth and stress-free. Very good movers. Punctual, friendly, respectful of our belongings, and worked very fast. We had an unfortunate situation with our elevator bookings which made the process a bit rushed, but Akka and his partner rolled with the punches and got it done despite the extra pressure. We really appreciated this. The pricing was honest, and the final cost was consistent with what was discussed up front.We don’t hope to move again any time soon, but will 100% use the company next time we do and will suggest them to friends and family. Highly recommend.

The team at Robust Move was fantastic. Zana touched base prior to the move and was diligent about getting all the info he needed to ensure they were prepped for the day. They took extra care with our furniture and did a great job taking apart and reassembling our furniture, which I'm sure was a total pain to do. They also dealt with the stairs of the 110 year old character home we were moving out of like complete pros. Not only did they do excellent work, they were also very kind, patient and hardworking. I highly recommend them!
Quick, efficient, and very careful with my furniture. They got a bit late to my move but it was due to traffic that day. Other than that, solid experience.
They got us booked in quickly and arrived on time on move day. Zana and Curtis were professional and efficient. They handled our furniture and fragile items with care and even helped us disassemble/reassemble some larger pieces. Also just very nice guys. Would definitely recommend Robust Move!
We appreciate RobustMove helping us with two recent moves. We moved a few months overseas, and then, again this week. Akka treated us well. Zana and his partner were professional and respectful, and they maintained a quiet and efficient manner. It was refreshing to see a moving company like this. Our son struggled with the transition, as moving can be stressful, and they were accommodating. The Vancouver Marathon disrupted us; they kept our stuff overnight and didn’t charge us. They are respectful, dignified, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
They gave me a 2-hour arrival window, but didn’t show up until five hours later with no explanation. I had to reschedule other appointments and waste an entire day waiting around. Completely disrespectful of my time.
