RobustMove literally saved the day!We had booked movers, 5 weeks in advance, double confirmed 2 days and 1 day before... the move date. To our horror, the day-of, "there was a mistake" and we did not have movers on the way, 1 hour before intended show time.We were mortified, both working parents, child care, day off work, all other vendors booked for installations, etc. and no movers.We called Robust.They picked up the phone right away!They managed to call 2 movers on their team who were ON THEIR DAY OFF.The movers heard what happened to us, and they (out of the god honest goodness of their hearts) decided to help us.90 minutes later, we had a moving truck pull up, and only 2.5 hours later after that, OUR ENTIRE CONDO WAS IN THEIR TRUCK and off to the new home.These gentlemen, particularly a gent named "Denny" or "Danny" (sorry!), went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with how they moved everything.Nothing was damaged.Everything we needed reassembled is where it needs to be and is setup properly.I woke up today, the day after the move, with 100 client emails to get back to, but I am starting my day writing this review because ROBUSTMOVE SAVED MY BIG SPECIAL DAY AND I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM.1,000,000 star rating would not be enough.Hire these guys, they won't let you down!read more

The team at Robust Move was incredibly helpful and professional. They came about 10 minutes earlier than estimated, and... took care of absolutely everything. While we had packed most stuff in boxes, we're not professional packers, so a few things were not prepared properly for the move. The guys at Robust Move took care of it; used their own packing film to secure all loose furniture and protected anything that could be scratched with their own mats (no extra charge).Our apartment was a loft/1bedroom on the first floor and it only took them about 75 minutes to take everything out. The truck was packed securely; no furniture or boxes were loose.Once we arrived to the second place the move out was about the same time too; I had thought having an elevator would make the move take way longer but that wasn't the case. They took everything out of their truck and on to our apartment in about 1 and half hours.This was my first time using a moving company, and what a great experience it was! Professional, on time, very friendly and careful service. Usually when I moved on my own I had to rent a car, load everything on it and do multiple trips having to carry everything. We hired Robust move after being recommended by our Property Manager. They were great! The price was right! They came... on time, they made sure they found a good parking spot for the truck, and they took their time to ensure nothing would break or scratch. I had no issues whatsoever with scratches. They were extremely polite, efficient and responsive. I will use them again for sure and I would definitely recommend them as a moving company.read more

Thanks to Zana and his team from "Robust Move", for making my college going daughters move (packing & moving) from her... studio apartment effortless!!So pleased with the personal attention, and care taken every step of the way. I never thought that we would be able to coordinate this sudden move, due to the world pandemic. In other words we got more than expected!! Definitely the best service I could image. They came right on time, did a great job to dissemble, move and assemble... back everything. Everything was perfect and smooth. They never said no and never complained about anything. They moved my home from 3 Storeys to 4 Storeys and there not even one scratch on the walls and on the furnitures. To be honest I was not expecting such a perfect effort. There was a small issue in the assembly of my coach. I realized the day after and ask them to come and fix it. They just showed up the next day and fixed it. No doubt I advise them.read more

We used them twice in 6 months July and Dec 2019. Very pleasant and very reasonable price for all the work they did.... They are very careful with all our stuff. The last time moving was from 8am to 8 pm. This is the second time we used RobustMove in 6 months, because we had to move to a temporary house during renovations,... then in December we moved into the new house. Both times RobustMove showed up exactly on time, work very hard and was very careful with our stuff. They were also very polite and friendly. Our whole experience with Robust has been refreshing. Never had such a pleasant move. Great email and text... communication by the whole team. Zana and his partner (whose name sadly slips my mind) were amazing. Prompt, courteous, friendly, polite, and very careful with all of our belongings. The rain did not dampen their enthusiasm one bit. I appreciate your honesty you have showed at the very beginning of the quote and prompt reply for all of my email and... texts on time before the moving date, the day before they informed me that everything is set and the very day of moving I updated me half an hour before they arrive. when the moving dates comes, ohh yeah this the way professional movers perform their duty.They did the moving in a away I cant believe to find better and in a way they totally soothed my moving stress I had.They were so nice, full of energy and never turned my requested down for a very reasonable price and in a prompt way.I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality moving Thank you very muchread more

The nicest and most professional movers I have ever had ... or could even imagine. These brothers took great care of my... belongings, went above and beyond (vacuumed my rug before rolling it up!) worked for 7 solid hours with only a 15 min break, were pleasant and friendly through the whole process.... and gave me a great deal! I am happy with the service. I wanted a company that worked quickly at the same time as using care with fragile items.... Speaking with the guys on-site helped me to get exactly what I wanted. On top of that they had all the right wraps and equipment to take care of fragile items. They worked quickly and were very personable. Excellent moving company!!! Customer Service was top notch, the movers arrived right on time and were very hard... working, even skipping their lunch to get the job done faster. They were more careful with my items than even I would have been, taking the time to wrap furniture and delicate items. Friendly, professional, nothing but good things to say about these guys, and would highly recommend them to others.read more
